Business Development Representative Quality Assurance and Accreditation 1010 Vienna | full time | immediate start About Us Interventional Radiology Accreditation Service GmbH, a dynamic start-up managing the operations of IASIOS - the International Accreditation System for Interventional Oncology Services, is pioneering in the rapidly growing field of minimally-invasive cancer treatment. As the world's only accreditation program dedicated to interventional oncology, our mission is to elevate the global standard and quality of care, foster progress, increase awareness of available treatments, and build an international community of interventional oncologists. We operate under the umbrella of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE), a non-profit association with over 9,500 physicians worldwide, dedicated to improving patient care through education, science, research, and clinical practice. Join Our Team: As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team and contribute to the impactful work of IASIOS About the Role: The ideal candidate for this role is passionate, self-directed and proactive, possessing strong organizational and time management skills. You would ideally have a background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the healthcare industry. Main tasks and responsibilities Market Research: Conduct research to identify hospitals and healthcare facilities globally that may be interested in IASIOS accreditation. Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads and create a database of potential customers. Utilise online platforms, conferences, and industry events to identify prospects. Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to reach out to interested hospitals. Craft compelling messages highlighting the benefits of IASIOS accreditation. Relationship Building: Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent IASIOS. Initiate and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including oncologists, hospital administrators, and decision-makers. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to hospitals and healthcare organisations. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of IASIOS accreditation. Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges. Provide information and support during the decision-making process. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and case studies. Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Metrics Tracking: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts. Track and report on lead conversion rates and other relevant metrics. Continuously refine and improve business development strategies. Database Management: Maintain an organised and updated database of leads, contacts, and interactions. Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals. Our ideal candidate Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare or accreditation services industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and clarity in correspondence Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); other languages are a bonus! Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously to complete tasks and within deadlines Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
